- Fabric Manufacture Plant
The fabric manufacturing stage in product development is where raw materials are transformed into fabric. The yarn selected is then either woven or knitted to create fabric. The woven fabric process uses two sets of yarn (the warp and weft) interlaced at right angles, while the knit process forms a series of loops interlaced together. After being woven or knitted, the fabric may undergo additional processes like dyeing, printing, or finishing to enhance its appearance, durability, and feel. This finished fabric is then ready to be used in the production of various goods.
- Apparel (Cut + Sewing + Embroidery)
Cut and sewing is a crucial step in the product development process. This stage includes designing, cutting, sewing, embroidering and refining various styles of bags and garments. Additionally, at Shengzhou Yazhuo Garment Co., each product undergoes rigorous quality assurance checks before distribution, ensuring it produces height quality items.
