1. Cultivation

   The Capps Brother mulch process is a step in product development where organic material is treated and prepared to be used as mulch. The organic material such as leaves, bark, or compost is collected and then ground into small pieces using a machine. These pieces are then further processed to remove any impurities and to ensure a consistent size and texture. Following this, the mulch may be dyed in different colors depending on the desired aesthetic. The final product is then packaged and ready to be distributed for use in gardening and landscaping.

2. Recycling & Granulate Facility

   A recycling granulate facility is an industrial plant where various types of waste materials are collected, sorted, processed, and converted into small granules or pellets for reuse in various industries. The process involves steps such as collection, sorting, processing, granulation, quality control, and packaging/distribution. These facilities play a vital role in reducing waste, conserving resources, and promoting sustainability by transforming discarded materials into valuable raw materials for new products, contributing to efforts to establish a circular economy and mitigate environmental impacts.

3. Fibre manufacturing

   Repreve fiber is made from used plastic bottles and other recycled materials. These materials are cleaned and turned into small chips. The chips are then melted and spun into long strands of fibre and are treated to give them different qualities like softness or strength. Repreve fiber helps reduce waste by giving new life to old materials, making it an eco-friendly choice for consumers and companies.

4. Lyocell Fibre Manufacturing Plant

   Baoding Swan Fibre Co. is a a form of rayon, which is used extensively in the textile industry. The process starts with harvesting wood from tree farms and forests and breaking them down into wood pulp. The wood pulp is then dissolved in a non-toxic organic solvent to produce a solution known as 'dope'. The 'dope' is next pushed through tiny holes, known as spinnerets, to form long threads of cellulose fiber. These fibers are then soaked in a bath of the same organic solvent to remove any residual solvent and remaining water. Once the fibers are dried and conditioned, the final lyocell product is then wound onto spools, ready to be woven or knitted into fabric. The manufacturing of lyocell is environmentally friendly compared to other man-made fibers because the solvent used in the process is recyclable, and the raw materials are sustainably-sourced.

5. Yarn Manufacturing Plant

   This step focuses on converting raw fibers into yarns that can be used for different fabric production. The process typically involves spinning the fibers into yarns, and then winding these yarns on to spools. The yarns can then be sent to garment manufacturers or other textile companies for further processing into fabrics and other products.

6. Fabric Manufacturing

   The fabric manufacturing stage in product development is where raw materials are transformed into fabric. The yarn selected is then either woven or knitted to create fabric. The woven fabric process uses two sets of yarn (the warp and weft) interlaced at right angles, while the knit process forms a series of loops interlaced together. After being woven or knitted, the fabric may undergo additional processes like dyeing, printing, or finishing to enhance its appearance, durability, and feel. This finished fabric is then ready to be used in the production of various goods.

7. Apparel (Cut + Sewing) + Embroidery
